Athena Learning Trust is a family of primary and secondary schools across the South West of England that benefit from shared learnings and knowledge, mutual values and support, and the expertise and efficacy that comes with collaboration and strategic alignment. 

The Trust has strong community links, being responsible for Altarnun Primary School, Egloskerry Primary School, Launceston Primary School, Atlantic Academy, Bideford College, Camborne Science & International Academy,  Launceston College, Pool Academy, and The Ilfracombe Academy. 

Our schools are at the heart of their communities, and we cherish the unique identities and values they each bring to our students and colleagues. We want all of our schools to continually grow and improve and our commitment to ensuring each school or cluster is led by their own Headteacher and Local Governing Body is central to this. 

At Athena Learning Trust, our decisions to partner with new schools are grounded in having shared values, culture, and learning environments and we ensure that they benefit all members of our Trust community. Our top priority is making a lasting impact for our students, colleagues, leaders, support staff, governors, and our shared services.
